  3. Using postal service, especially in 3rd world countries, basically is gambling. And to be fair, their fare is much cheaper.. so, dont expect too much..

    i am experiencing exact same thing with you.
    My friend sent me a parcel on JUne 6, 2012 and i haven't received it yet until now.
    the status on the tracking system is "departure from outward OE".
    i've been emailing them several time, but only got respond 1 time just told me that i should have arrived on the 4th week.

    how should i do about this?please help

    I use to sent parcel to Indonesia too.
    so far all reach destination.
    only problem is their "custom tax" were unpredicted ???.
    some time they will charge as per book.
    10% from invoice price minus 50 usd.
    but some time they cheat my costumer by charging full amount of invoice ??.
    I dont get it ... some items are cheap.
    should all imported good expensive ?.
    or just officer collect under table money ??.

  6. Absolutely fucked up. I sent a package one month ago. Went to the local customs office to chek it and they stamped it and and put a seal on it then took it to the post office and send it. The tracking on the website says the status is "arrival at delivery/trancit office" has not changed from the start. Still wayting but probaly never is goingto arrive to its destination. And they say that they live up for international standards, what a joke..
