If you try to send a parcel through the official postal service in Indonesia you'll realize it's not a good idea.
First, we got a budget that was incorrect... at least it was different from the real price we paid 2 days later (it changed based on US dolar value).
Second, the weight of our parcel was slightly over-increased so we needed to remove some items to avoid exceeding the maximum of 20 kgs.
Third, they asked us to leave a deposit for the box we were going to use... and ordinary paper box they probably recovered from the trash.
Finally, they added a rudimentary packaging and the handwritten destination address.
I still can't understand why we trusted them.
